Dehradun: Responsibilities of 5 officers have been reshuffled once again in the Uttarakhand government. Recently, more than 12 IAS officers and PCS officers were transferred. Now the government has reshuffled the responsibilities of IAS Ranveer Singh Chauhan, IAS Nitika Khandelwal, IAS Gaurav Kumar, IAS Vishal Mishra. Along with this, Apoorva Pandey has also been given new responsibility. Responsibility has been taken from some officers.
IAS Ranveer Singh’s burden reduced: 2009 batch IAS Ranveer Singh Chauhan till now had the responsibility of Secretary Sugarcane, Sugar, State Property Department, Project Director Namami Gange, Project Director KFW and Director General Agriculture and Horticulture Department. The responsibility of Project Director Namami Gange has been taken back from Ranveer Singh.
IAS Nitika Khandelwal given additional responsibility: 2015 batch IAS Nitika Khandelwal was till now holding the responsibility of District Magistrate Tehri Garhwal, Director Rehabilitation Tehri Dam Project. Increasing her responsibility, she has also been given the responsibility of Vice President District Development Authority Tehri Garhwal.
Gaurav Kumar’s stature increased: 2017 batch IAS Gaurav Kumar has the responsibility of Additional Secretary Urban Development Department, Director Urban Development Directorate and Director ITDA. Now he has been given the additional responsibility of Additional Secretary Information Technology, Suraj and Science Technology, Managing Director Hiltron.
Vishal Mishra also given additional post: 2018 batch IAS Vishal Mishra was currently holding the responsibility of Managing Director Garhwal Mandal Development Corporation, Mission Director Jal Jeevan Mission. Now he has also been given the responsibility of Project Director Namami Gange taken from Ranveer Singh.
Apoorva Pandey given additional responsibility of Swajal Director: 2018 batch IAS Apoorva Pandey is currently looking after the responsibility of Additional Secretary Drinking Water and Home. The post of Swajal Director has been added to her responsibilities.
