Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Nainital today. During his visit, CM Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for various development projects in the Bhimtal area. Following this, CM Dhami addressed a public meeting, sharply targeting the Congress party.
CM Dhami stated that various schemes are being inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for the overall development of Bhimtal. An amount of Rs. 9.5 crore has been approved for the construction of a road from Bhimtal to Devidhura. Seventeen schemes worth over Rs. 112 crore were inaugurated and laid the foundation stone. These included projects related to various departments, including roads, education, medical, and sports, as well as the inauguration of a cowshed. All these schemes will prove crucial in strengthening infrastructure in the area.
CM Dhami said that under the leadership of PM Modi, our state is setting new records of development and prosperity. Today, infrastructure and basic amenities are being developed even in remote villages. He added that our government is continuously working towards making Devbhoomi Uttarakhand the spiritual capital of the world. The ancient temples of Manaskhand are being revived on the lines of Chardham. CM Dhami said that mini stadiums will be constructed in various areas of Bhimtal. The pending parking project in Bhimtal will also be completed. A new roadways bus station and fire station will also be established.
We are continuously working to stop migration from the mountains and strengthen the local economy. Today, the products produced by our women are gaining a distinct identity in the world. CM Dhami said that today, a 44 percent increase has been recorded in reverse migration. People are now returning to their homes.
