Sashakt Uttarakhand @ 2025: Emphasis on increasing the economy, CM Dhami instructed the officers to focus on innovation

Dehradun: Dhami government is emphasizing on making Uttarakhand a strong Uttarakhand. For this, the target of ‘Sashakt Uttarakhand @ 2025’ has been set. Along with this, all the departments have been instructed to work at a fast pace in this direction. In this sequence, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting of ‘Sashakt Uttarakhand @2025’ in the Secretariat on Thursday. During the meeting, CM Dhami said that he had already instructed all the departments to work on two game changer schemes by the Silver Utsav year of Uttarakhand. In such a situation, all the departments were instructed to provide a clear statement of the progress of the work being done in the upcoming meeting. CM Dhami said that a target has been set to double the GSDP (Gross State Domestic Product) of the state by 2027. In such a situation, to achieve this target, all the departments should work fast under short-term, mid-term and long-term plans. During the meeting, the Chief Minister gave clear instructions to the officials to ensure that the results of whatever work is done are fully visible on the ground. Special attention should be paid to the quality of the work and its completion within the stipulated time. The Secretary and Heads of Departments will have personal responsibility to expedite the work. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said, it is the responsibility of the officials to work fast towards ideal Uttarakhand. Along with this, the CM said that special attention should be paid to innovation to increase the economy of the state. There are many possibilities in the state in areas like agriculture, horticulture, energy, tourism, AYUSH. There are also immense employment opportunities in these areas. Special attention should be given to these areas. Chief Minister Dhami said that more effective efforts should be made to ensure rapid grounding of the investment proposals received during the Investors Summit.
