Dehradun: The Unemployed Federation raised questions on the appointment and educational documents of the protocol officer in the Assembly, taking cognizance of which Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri has ordered an investigation. In fact, the officer of the Unemployed Federation, Ram Kandwal, recently made many shocking allegations in the case of Protocol Officer Mayank Singhal in the Assembly. Ram Kandwal made several serious allegations regarding the appointment and educational documents of Mayank Singhal, who is working as a protocol officer in the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly, who also has the big responsibility of DDO i.e. budget allocation.
Officer of the Unemployed Federation, Ram Kandwal, has released a video on social media and said that according to the information received from ITI, the educational documents of Mayank Singhal, posted as a protocol officer in the Assembly, were found to be fake. He told that Mayank Singhal’s private mark sheets of class 10th and 12th are from such educational institutions which do not offer private courses.
The Unemployed Federation has alleged that such people from outside the state who make their fake documents get jobs in the state, but the unemployed youth of the state are not able to get jobs.
On this entire matter, we tried to know the side of Mayank Singhal, senior protocol officer in Uttarakhand Assembly. He said that the Assembly is a supreme institution of the state. Whenever any allegation is made on any person of the Assembly or on the Assembly, the Speaker of the Assembly is authorized to take a decision on it or to give any kind of statement. He said that he will also fully cooperate with the Speaker of the Assembly or the investigation committee formed by him regarding the allegations against him.
At the same time, Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri was also talked to on this matter. She told that this matter has come to her notice. She has given instructions to the Secretary Assembly to investigate. Assembly Secretary Hem Pant said, the Assembly Speaker has ordered an inquiry into Mayank Singhal’s case. Soon the Assembly Speaker will take a final decision on this entire matter.
