In a proud moment for Sikkim, Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) congratulated four State Civil Service officers on their promotion to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) cadre.
The promotee IAS officers are:
- Dr. A.B. Karki;
- Ms. Dicky Yangzom;
- Ms. Kesang Dicki Rechung;
- Mr. Basant Kumar Lama.
