According to the Meteorological Department, isolated thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, gusty winds of 30 to 40 km per hour, and intense rainfall are expected in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar, and Pithoragarh on Wednesday, October 8. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for these districts.
