New Delhi: In a significant development, three senior officers have resigned from the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) of Income Tax.
The officers, Siddharth Jain, Iyer Suryanarayanan N., and Mrs. Shaheen Bashir, submitted their resignations earlier this week.
Siddharth Jain and Iyer Suryanarayanan N. have been known for their pivotal roles in major tax investigations, while Mrs. Shaheen Bashir has been instrumental in policy formulation and taxpayer services.
