Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to the martyrs of the state movement at the Martyr’s Place in the Court Complex in Dehradun on Thursday. The Chief Minister paid floral tributes to the martyrs’ portraits and paid homage to their indomitable courage and sacrifice.
The Chief Minister stated that the creation of Uttarakhand was possible only due to the struggle and sacrifice of the state movement activists. He stated that the state government is committed to the welfare of the agitators and the families of the martyrs and will continue to make every possible effort to protect their interests and dignity. The Chief Minister stated that the true tribute would be the creation of a prosperous and self-reliant Uttarakhand, in accordance with the dreams of the martyrs.
