Two eminent officers, one IAS and one IPS from the Rajasthan cadre were recently awarded central deputation. These officers are IAS P C Kishan and IPS Navjyoti Gogoi.
An order from the Department of Personnel issued orders to relieve 2005 batch IAS officer PC Kishan and 2000 batch IPS officer Navjyoti Gogoi from their incumbent postings. Mr. PC Kishan has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Central Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department for a 5-year tenure. Mr. Gogoi has been appointed as an Inspector General in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
