On this occasion, the UPNL Employees Federation expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for announcing a concrete policy for the regularization of UPNL employees. The CM expressed gratitude to all the UPNL employees for honoring them.
The economic condition of UPNL employees will improve due to the regularization process
The CM said that the 1.25 crore people of the state are also entitled to this felicitation, which has given them the opportunity to serve the state. The CM said that the state government will soon start the work of regularizing the Upanal employees by making a concrete and effective policy. Which will be done in a phased manner within the stipulated time frame.
The CM said that this regularization process will improve the financial condition of the Upanal employees and their sense of self-respect will be strengthened even more. The CM said that for many years, the officers and employees of Upanal have been discharging their responsibilities by working with loyalty and honesty. The CM said that during the protest, the cases filed against the Upanal employees will also be reviewed.
The government will provide free Badrinath Yatra to ex-servicemen and their families
CM Dhami said that in the coming time, the government will also try to connect the brave women and daughters of ex-servicemen with self-employment by giving them special training in drone operation through the Drone Didi scheme. Along with this, free Badrinath Yatra will also be provided to ex-servicemen above 60 years of age and their families.

The government has taken many decisions in public interest like giving 30 percent reservation to women in government jobs, 10 percent horizontal reservation to state agitators, implementing Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and strict land laws. The government has fulfilled even its most difficult resolutions made before the public.
