Delhi/Dehradun: In the program “Developed India 2047” under “Vision of India” organized in a five star hotel in New Delhi, Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari honored Abhinav Chauhan for his excellent acting in the first Jaunsari film “Merai Gaon Ki Baat”. He said that Abhinav Chauhan has acted brilliantly in this film and through the film, the wonderful folk culture of Jaunsar-Bawar, the tribal area of Uttarakhand, has got recognition at the national level. Let us tell you that Abhinav Chauhan has played the lead role in the Uttarakhandi film “Asgar” and the first film in Jaunsari dialect “Merai Gaon Ki Baat”.
Abhinav’s first Jaunsari film created a stir
The first Jaunsari film ‘Merai Gaon Ki Baat’ created a stir everywhere. The actor who has played the lead role in it is none other than Abhinav Chauhan, who has emerged from Dehradun and is making his mark in the world of acting. This is his second film. Before this, he has left an indelible mark in the Garhwali superhit film ‘Asgaar’. The magic of Abhinav’s lead role of Asgaar was so much on the minds of the audience that the film created a great sensation in 15 cities of the country. Abhinav did his primary education in Dehradun
After getting his primary education from the prestigious school of Dehradun, St. Jude’s, Abhinav studied till 12th from Anne Mary School. Then he took admission in Ramjas College of Delhi University to do graduation honours in Economics. This was also the turning point of his life. Along with studies, he also decided the direction of his future by making a short film related to public concern. He not only directed this film but also played the main character in it. He received the first prize in Delhi University for this film. During his student life, Abhinav participated in MTV’s reality show Mr. & Miss 7 States. Abhinav continuously improved his acting by working in popular webseries like Fun se Fantasy (Jiocinema), Doon Kaand (Voot), Peshawar (MX Player) and Eklavya (Doordarshan).
Abhinav also stayed in Mumbai
After spending some important years of his life in Delhi, Abhinav Chauhan, a native of Chakrata Dehradun, moved to Mumbai. Where he did many workshops with Saurabh Sachdeva, owner of The Actors Truth Acting School. As per his name, Abhinav is a multi-talented person. Acting is in his veins and Saraswati resides in his voice. He has become quite famous in the field of singing in a short time. After getting training from the famous singer Vandana Srivastava, till now he has given many hit music videos like Thandi Thandi Hawa, Ram ki Kasam, Meri Sheela and Haripur me anand sajega. His song Kodo ka kodua has already become a huge success. Due to his talent, Abhinav got a chance to sing a song named ‘Devbhoomi ki pavan dharti’ on behalf of Uttarakhand in the 73rd Republic Day celebrations held in New Delhi, where he was highly appreciated.
