Dehradun: The government has replaced the Special Executive Officer (OSD) posted in the cell constituted to prepare the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code Rules and appointed a new OSD. In this regard, Special Secretary (Home) Ridhim Agarwal has issued an order.
According to the order, Revenue Inspector Nirbhay Jain of Jaspur tehsil of Udham Singh Nagar was looking after the responsibility of OSD in the cell. The government has sent him to his original department. Jain was posted in the cell on March 5, 2024. In his place, Akhilesh Mishra, posted as Deputy Secretary in the government, has now been given the additional charge of Special Executive Officer.
