Uttarakhand: Preparations for the monsoon session of the Assembly are in full swing, more than 423 questions have been received so far, dates will be announced soon

Dehradun: The Assembly Secretariat has intensified preparations for the upcoming assembly session. More than 423 questions have been received so far. Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan said that the assembly session will be held wherever the government wants.

After administering the oath to the newly elected MLAs, while talking to the media, Assembly Speaker Ritu Khanduri Bhushan said that the central government had released the budget for e-Vidhan Sabha in which the state government has also helped. In the first phase, the Vidhan Bhavan in Dehradun is being prepared according to the e-Vidhan Sabha.

He said that this work will be completed by July 31. He said that it will not be possible to digitize, because the MLAs also have to be trained in it. But the infrastructure will be complete. He said that a new building is also being prepared inside the campus, which will soon provide more facilities to the MLAs.

After the monsoon is over, e-Vidhan Sabha work will be done in Gairsain as well. On the question of preparation for the session, the Speaker of the Assembly said that his team is fully engaged in preparation. So far, about 423 questions have been received. He said that whenever the government decides the date and place, the session will be held accordingly.

Congress wants to hold the assembly session in Gairsain

Leader of Opposition Yashpal Arya said in a conversation with the media that he wants to hold the upcoming session in Gairsain itself. In response to a question, he said that the proceedings of the assembly are disrupted not due to the opposition but due to the ruling party. The opposition wants the house to function for the entire time. Their views will be heard.
