Dehradun: On the occasion of Tehsil Diwas, programs were organized in all tehsils across the state. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami participated virtually and interacted with the public. During the event, the CM listened to people’s concerns and directed officials to ensure their immediate resolution. He also instructed officials to identify those who are fraudulently obtaining documents and take action against them. Furthermore, CM Dhami stated that Tehsil Diwas is a powerful platform for resolving public issues. The government’s goal is to ensure that every complaint is resolved within the stipulated time.
CM Pushkar Dhami instructed officials to ensure that public issues are resolved locally on Tehsil Diwas, avoiding the need to travel to the district headquarters or the government for redressal. He emphasized that everyone must work together to ensure Tehsil Diwas is 100% effective. He emphasized that in addition to ensuring prompt resolution of complaints, regular follow-up of other complaints should also be ensured. So that there are no problems at any level, he said all officials should take Tehsil Day seriously.
Action should be taken against those who create fake documents: CM Dhami also said that those who have obtained documents like Ayushman, ration card, permanent residence, caste certificate based on false information should also be identified and action should be taken against them. Protecting the rights and resources of the people of the state is the government’s priority and responsibility. He also called for strict action to prevent encroachment on government land, river and drain lands, as well as other public properties.
A committee will be formed to resolve land disputes: He also directed the formation of a committee headed by the SDM at the tehsil level in all districts to resolve land disputes. This committee will be responsible for preventing encroachment on government land. Disputes involving private land will also be resolved by this committee.
CM Dhami said that Seva Pakhwadas will be organized across the state on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. He appealed to the people of the state to participate in the Seva Pakhwada in large numbers and ensure the success of programs being run in the public interest. He said that Seva Pakhwada is a powerful medium to connect society and promote the spirit of service.
Public representatives and officials should visit disaster-affected areas: CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand is currently grappling with a disaster. He directed officials to quickly assess the damage caused by the disaster so that relief and reconstruction work can be expedited in the affected areas. He said that the state government is prioritizing the reconstruction of disaster-affected areas. He also asked public representatives and officials to communicate with disaster-affected families and visit disaster-affected areas.
Instructions for officials to be present at BDC and District Panchayat meetings: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also directed officials to be present at BDC and District Panchayat meetings. He said that participation in these meetings will provide officials with information about the real problems faced at the village level, which will enable concrete action plans to be developed to address them.
