Uttarakhand: ‘Tsunami’ of transfers in the police department in Kumaon division, 1,050 policemen transferred simultaneously, here is the complete list

Haldwani: DIG Kumaon Yogendra Singh Rawat has made a major reshuffle in the police department. The DIG has transferred 1,050 police personnel. Among these, 438 policemen have been sent from the plains to the hill districts. 512 police personnel posted in the hill districts have been sent to the plain areas of Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar. It is being told that all the policemen sent to the hills were stuck in the same district for the last several years. The transferred police personnel also include 15 inspectors and 29 sub-inspectors.

Bumper transfers of policemen in Kumaon division

Apart from this, those who have been transferred include 50 Additional Sub-Inspectors, 299 Head Constable Civil Police, 196 Head Constable Armed Police, 461 Constable Civil Police. Police Inspector Ashutosh Kumar Singh has been transferred from Udham Singh Nagar to Pithoragarh, Inspector Neeraj Kumar from Udham Singh Nagar to Pithoragarh, Inspector Praveen Singh Koshyari from Udham Singh Nagar to Almora, Vikram Singh Rathore from Udham Singh Nagar to Pithoragarh, Lalit Mohan Joshi from Nainital to Pithoragarh, Trilok Ram from Almora to Bageshwar, Rajendra Singh Rawat from Almora to Nainital, Ajay Lal Shah from Bageshwar to Almora.

These inspectors have moved from the mountains to the plains

Mohan Chandra Pandey has been sent from Bageshwar to Udham Singh Nagar, Vijendra Shah from Pithoragarh to Udham Singh Nagar, Nasir Hussain from Pithoragarh to Udham Singh Nagar, Rajesh Yadav from Pithoragarh to Nainital district. All these inspectors have been instructed to be posted immediately on their transfer. It is being told that most of the transferred policemen were stuck in the plains for the last several years. After this, DIG Kumaon Dr. Yogendra Rawat has transferred all of them.
