Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the curriculum prescribed by the Uttarakhand School Education Board will be taught in all madrassas and minority schools in the state. A new Minority Education Act has been implemented in the state with the aim of providing quality education to children of minority communities.
Speaking at a program organized at the Himalayan Cultural Center on World Minority Rights Day, CM Dhami said that the government has shown a new direction to the entire country in the direction of social justice and equality by implementing a Uniform Civil Code in the state.
The CM said that through the Chief Minister’s Minority Incentive Scheme, incentive money is being given to minority students for preparing for various competitive examinations.
