“Uttarakhand will develop as a model state in the medical field”, CM Dhami said – It is a matter of pride to have 2 AIIMS in the state

Nainital: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said on Saturday that the state has achieved many successes in the field of medicine and in the coming times, the state will develop as a model state. The Chief Minister said this in a program organized by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) in Haldwani. He said that the state is constantly moving forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and it is a matter of pride to have two units of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in the state in the field of medical facilities.

CM Dhami said that recently the air ambulance service of the state has been started for emergency service. The Prime Minister has inaugurated drone technology to provide medical facilities for treatment in remote areas. Pathology tests are being made available free of cost to the patients along with e Sanjeevani in the state. Dhami has asked the doctors to adopt the principle of being stable despite all the challenges in their profession. He said that doctors have played an important role in the development of the state and if they continue to serve with full honesty in the future, then the state will be a leader in the field of medicine.

Instructions to repair drinking water, sewer and roads soon

Along with this, the Chief Minister held a meeting with the officials in the FTI auditorium and gave instructions to repair drinking water, sewer and roads in Haldwani soon. The Chief Minister said that the government will provide funds very soon to complete the roads and construction works. He instructed the officials to repair the drinking water and electricity system as soon as possible. He instructed that the common citizens should not face any kind of inconvenience. He said that to solve the problems of electricity bills, the departmental officers should organize camps in different areas and solve the problems of the people soon.
