Colonel Sophia Qureshi will visit Uttarakhand on Statehood Day and will share her experiences of Operation Sindoor with students

Dehradun: On November 9th, Uttarakhand will celebrate 25 years of its establishment. This is the Silver Jubilee year of Uttarakhand’s establishment. The state government has been organizing Silver Jubilee events since November 1st. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Dehradun on November 9th, the people of the state will also have the opportunity to meet a daughter of the nation who attracted global attention by leading the Army’s press conferences during Operation Sindoor.

Colonel Sophia Qureshi will visit Uttarakhand on Statehood Day: When the Indian Army launched Operation Sindoor after Pakistan’s nefarious activities, the Army held daily press conferences to provide complete information to the nation about its successful operation. Colonel Sophia Qureshi led those press conferences. The way she spoke about the Army’s bravery and valor in these press conferences filled every citizen with pride. This same Colonel Sophia Qureshi is coming to Dehradun for the silver jubilee celebrations of Uttarakhand’s establishment. Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandi Ben Patel is also accompanying her.

Led the Army’s press conference during Operation Sindoor: Interestingly, Colonel Sophia Qureshi is visiting Dehradun for the first time. On Statehood Day, she will participate in a program organized at the Tribal Gurukul Doon Sanskriti Vidyalaya. Sophia Qureshi, a symbol of the bravery of the Indian Army, will teach patriotism to the school students through her experiences. She will also elaborate on Operation Sindoor for the future generation. She will explain how the Indian Army, through its valor, brought Pakistan, which had orchestrated terrorist attacks in India, to its knees. She will also explain the benefits of teamwork to the students.

UP Governor Anandiben Patel will also visit Uttarakhand: Colonel Sophia Qureshi, along with Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd.), and former Member of Parliament Tarun Vijay, will be present at the event held at the Tribal Gurukul Doon Sanskriti Vidyalaya. The Defense PRO stated that on November 9th, tributes will be paid to the martyrs at the Shaurya Sthal, Chidbagh, located in Gadhikent, Dehradun.
